CooplyHQ charges a flat monthly subscription fee. For online payments, we integrate with Stripe, which charges their standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). We do not add any additional platform fees on top of that.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
