Yes! Teachers get a specific portal where they can take attendance, enter grades, and upload homework assignments. Parents can view this data in real-time (if you allow it) or via end-of-semester report cards.

Our scheduler detects conflicts automatically. If you try to put "Chemistry Lab" and "Advanced Algebra" in the same room at 10 AM, or if you try to assign Mrs. Smith to two classes at once, the system will alert you immediately.

Yes. We give you 30 days with everything unlocked. No credit card required to start. We believe you shouldn't pay for software until you see it actually works for your specific group dynamics.

CooplyHQ charges a flat monthly subscription fee. For online payments, we integrate with Stripe, which charges their standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). We do not add any additional platform fees on top of that.

You do. Full stop. Unlike free platforms that sell user data or show ads to children, CooplyHQ is a paid tool where your data remains yours. You can export your family lists, financial records, and grades at any time.

We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data. Information about children is visible only to the specific admins and teachers you authorize. We maintain strict compliance with data privacy standards to keep your families safe.
